Bend Perfect tube bending station lets you complete all tube
bending operations to a tight 2:1 bend radius. Complete with tooling for all
four tube sizes (3/8"; 1/2"; 5/8" and 3/4") you can easily complete all
bending operations to OE specifications and appearance. Bend all tubeing in 1
degree increments from 0 to 180 degrees.
Quick change bender tooling lets you work in all four tube sizes without
costly down time for change over. Bender set up lets you make repetative
bends with complete accuracy.
Accurate inner mandrels (not illustrated) assure you the tight bend radius you need with less than 10% ovality. Simple adjustments for clamp and tube pressures lets you easily adjust between aluminum and steel tube bending operations. Durable solid steel construction for accuracy and long life.
