You simply clean the area, apply flux, heat and braze! It's just that simple for any aluminum braze job you have. You will be amazed at the results. Heat the repair area evenly and the Braze Perfect filler wire will flow as smoothly as solder on a copper brass radiator. The filler metal will "wet out to a smooth finish, providing an excellent bond to the base metal producing a joint that is stronger than the base metal. Braze Perfect can also be used to "build up" a brazed joint for added strength if required. After the brazed joint cools, all that is left to do is wash off the flux residue. (Braze Perfect flux is non corrosive and completely water soluble. Water rinse removes residue quickly for best finishing).
