If you have automatic temperture control, it may not be something for the DIY'er, other than checking under the dash to see that the belend doors are operating properly, and nothing fell behind and jambed in the mechanisim..No loose cables etc..Other than that diagnistic tools "may" be needed..Also check all vacuum lines if any are involved in the system...Loose, dry rotted or cracked vacuum lines could keep the blend doors from operating..
