Last year I had an a/c accumaltor(leaking)and condensor(damaged)replaced so I converted to 134a. A week later the compressor stopped cooling so I had it replaced with a Nappa reman. 8 months later the reman. locks up, Nappa gave me another one and my local repair shop charges me $230 to install it. Now, 5 days later the second compressor locks up! Should I be chocking the mechanic or Nappa? What questions should I be asking? I used to do most of my own repairs but I know very little about A/Cs. Thanks
