While the engine is running, and the AC on with the gauges, try a light spray of water over the condenser and watch the pressures. If they drop fast, then I would think your condenser fan(s), or on your case engine driven fan may be the problem.. If the fan is OK. you may have an aobstruction in the condenser, as you say there seemed to be a problem with the nitrogin coming thru..I'd check the fan first though..It should lock up and blow your hat off while your head is under the hood...
