Thanks for the feed back! My research lead me to the following,http://www.aircondition.com/article2.htm Metal shavings left from the last compressor grinding it-self to pieces was likley the cause. Improper system flush? Or is this just one those things that can't be prevented 100%. If this happened in your shop would you expect the customer to pay full price to install the second one?
