Well Chick the follow up resulted in me going to another shop, telling them what happened and they were about to do just as you suggested. The guy hooked up the gauges , asked me to start the car and put ac and blower on high. He then stuck a thermometer in the centre vent and said to let the car idle for 5 minutes . The machine had not started sucking yet and after looking at the guages which had stabilized at 205 high side and 35 low side he pulled the thermometer out and it read 30 degrees. Let the car run for another 10 minutes and he said everything looked fine and there was no sense in opening the system again and throwing away money when everything looked good. I left there smiling ear to ear. 4 hours latter i go out to the car and now it feels like it is blowing about 70 degress again. Any suggestions i can offer him tomorrow? Thanks again.
