With the PNK/Lt Blu wire disconnected, can you power a test light (load test the circuit)? If not, there may be sufficient voltage drop at the switch to cause your problem. also, is the voltage at red/yel wire (before RC switch)staying at 14volts? I have seen many a tech chase their tails on a failing a/c clutch cycling switch (mainly on the Fords!) Take voltage measurements before RCS, and after, you may find that the voltage drop is further up the line than you think (probably cycling switch).
HTH,
Rob
