With dual air you need a good vacuum pulled. I would change the drier and the front expansion valve.. Sounds like a restriction, but hard to tell which valve...Make sure the condenser is clean of bugs and dirt. Vacuum should be 29hg and 1hg less for every 1,000 ft above sea level...Hope this helps...
