Sensors tell the computer to raise the idle..So you either have to clean th thottle body real good, which it sounds like you did if you changed the idle solinoid, or check the MAP or MAF sensor.(Forget which one you have), and the thottle position sensor..Should screw into the thottle body.. Take that off and clean with thottle body cleaner... I can't think of the rest of the sensors off the top of my head, but someone will If all the sensors are good, may be the ECM.....:) Hope this helps..
