Hot shot is not an HC and can be used in all 50 States.
Remember that they tried to steal the mix from George's Autofrosr and they did and sold it under Hotshot.
By court order they had to change the mix and because of that oil return is very poor.
The running pressures are high and the hotshot has very little glide.
Go with Autofrost and you'll be running the coldest blend ever invented with pressures close and at times lower then R-12 and colder faster pull down temps.
If you go with Hotshot then beter use the AB oil.
