Your low side indicates cooling, so you may have heat from the heater core blending in with the cool air from the evap..Try pinching off the heater lines and see if there is an improvement..Feel the suction line..Should be cold..If it's cold, then warm and back to cold again, you may have air in the system..If so, a deep vacuum is needed, and then charged into the vacuum....Hope this helps..
