Sounds like you need to experiment with capillary sensor position. Check to see you have a good drain flow. You should not have any 'sloshing' water. If water backs up to point of touching capillary sensor then it be held at or above 32 degs F and will likely continue to dump in refrig to evaporator until it finally freezes up the water. Also, capillary sensor should be on output side of airflow from evaporator at the top of evaporator so it doesn't get spit on with condensation water.
