Compressor cycles on and off all within a few seconds. The low side shows 30 psi and the high side goes up to 130 then kicks off! After a few seconds as the high side drops and the low side raises it goes through the quick cycle again.

I thought it needed more refrigerant but after adding 2 cans the pressures remained the same and the cycling continues........

Whats the deal?
