It seems that the 85 pressure is a static reading which means while
the compressor is not running and would account for the difference
also make sure of the temp 6 inches in front of the condersor with
the ac on and the fans on also the 2.2 rule is from 2.2 to 2.5 no
higher and make sure that the chart you use is for 134a.
