i just tried to service my A/C i changed the receiver dryer and put some R134a first i put about 15 ounces , and 2 ounces of oil
with the system on at normal temp. the pressure on the low side was 45 psi.i touched the high and low pressure lines they did not feel cold neither the receiver dryer , inside the air didnt feel cold
soo the i put 9 more ounces of r134a but everything remained the same.
the compressor goes on when i hit the switch, the pressure on the low side is at about 120 when the system is on it drops to about 55 , the condenser ,evaporator and compressor are original I think !!!
Both the high & low pressure switches are good !
And the system has no leaks !!!!
I dont know whats wrong !!!!!
Can you give me any suggestions please ??????
