I would first hook up your gauges and then with the AC on, spray a "light" spray of water on the condenser. If the pressures drop fast, change your clutch fan. It sounds like an air flow problem to me..Also check that the shroud is not broken, and that the fan fits halfway into it...Hope this helps..
