In our Accord, there is water that doesn't drain properly and so you can hear it kinda moving aroudn in the dash-especially when making turns. Mine sometimes leads onto the front passenger's feet. I take it over to the dealership and they poke it clear with a hanger andn allows it to drain. This has to be done every few months or so.
