Testing pressures is better at about 1,500 RPM and the reason for windows or doors open is to make the system work hard.

Color of veh has more to do with how hot the car might be if it sat in the sun for a while - and would take longer to cool off - also matters little while moving.

Don't like your pressures?? Low is too low and high is too high? Output of 52 is too high also, but close.

Do you trust that the new fan clutch is working well? Is there any chance this system was filled without a full vacuum? Some air in the system might cause some of this.

Sorry for having more questions than answers, I would think the auxillary electric fan would just stay on with A/C but I really don't know how it was engineered. Stay cool and safe, Tom Greenleaf
