I haven't seen 13 ounce cans of R134a, so are you sure you added just virgin R134a or a can with sealers etc..?? It looks like a restriction, but check the electric fan and make sure it's turing the right way..Those high side pressures are way off for an undercharged system, so either you have an airflow problem or a restriction.. You can try to retake the pressure just in case the oil was causing the high side to rise..After it stabalizes it may return to normal...just a thought...Hope this helps..
