My 96 Integra blows mist when switching A/C on and again when switching off...was always ice cold till this year, now it's warm-cool air. The mist had a 'damp' smell to it. What can it be and can it be fixed without costing a lot of $$$$ since the car is a 96 and used only a few times a week.

Any advise would help!
