Okay, so it is the USE of the product in the particular state- not the shipping of the product to the state that is illegal. BUT to think a company would knowingly ship a product to state (where it most likely WILL be used) and where it is BANNED without telling the customer that it is banned is certainly questionable business practices. I think thats the important fact.
