What was your vent temp?
Is the return line sweaty or just cool? If it is cool and not sweaty, you are still low on charge. Slowly, get to where the return line is partially to fully sweaty...then see what the pressures stabilize at. During a charge, (prior to full charge) highs at 250 and lows at 40 are not uncommon.
Is the system is correctly charged, you are at max effic.
Check to see if your heater core is all the way off or the air door to it seals properly. You may be fighting your heater!! (VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY common!!!)
