Best advice I can give you is to have a tech check the noise.. Usually the Gaps open with wear, not close. You could have a pully bearing going, but you need to make sure....Also, you have to be sure it's the ac..Could be an idler or other pully, but with the ac on, puts more pressure on it making it quieter...Right now you're just guessing..Thats not good with ac work....Goodluck
