compressor seal problem

I installed a RMFR compressor along with the accum, vacuumed and charged with 134a. All pressures were normal. 1 week later I had oil blowing out from the compressor seal. Thinking I had a bad compressor I installed the 2nd one and the same thing happened again. Help??
