Ambient temp is kind of cool and the evaporator pressure regulator may be cutting off.
I would wet the system down and add 2-3 oz more and see if the line going back starts getting cool.
You have the EPR and the EX valve to look at.
I know that the EPR will not will not work that well with COOLTOP as it does with a regulator EX valve.
