I have charged several cars with es-12. One was a 94 corolla. I put 1 can of es-12 in and gave it a shot of coleman propane. one thing I noticed on your post was that all your temps were at IDLE. What kind of temps do you get going down the at 50mph with your system on RECIRC. I think you have enough product in your car going by your low side presure at idle with a amb temp of 75 deg outside. The toyota I did gave air of 48 deg at the vent in 90 deg heat. Couldn't get colder as the exp valve set-up would shut down the comp. Hope this helps.
