Did you jump the the clutch out, direct from batt. And did you check your available voltage to the clutch to see if it has enough juice to pull it in (with AC on). If you jump the clutch out make sure you have two jump wires coming from batt, not just a hot one. Also establish the positive, reverse polarity could blow diodes. If when jumped from batt---you get nothing---ohm-out the feild coil.
