once moisture gets into PAG oil, you can't get it out and that the makers are putting moisture into the PAG oil either intentionally or unintentionally, then you seem to hint that the nature of the materials used are designed for failure. It was funny when years ago, some GM engineers admitted openly that no sense in putting a 500K mile diesel engine into a car where the body will rust out in less than 100K, but this problem was resolved, now you cannot talk to an engineer unless an corporation attorney is also on the phone, glad at least they have this problem resolved, talking to Ford engineers is also resolved, they won't let you talk to them period and the Japanese engineers talk so fast with partial broken English and Janpanese, that neither can make sense of what they are saying. Least they tell us that a vehicle is the second greatest investment, wonder what the greatest investment is? Must be either a house or a divorce, but the word investment in a vehicle is a direct contradiction as the value only goes one way, and that is down, the people I have kept track of seem to spend the cost of a nice home within ten years of trading for new cars, but only to have a pile of rust at the end, least a home may have some resale value, but I think this market is changing as well with similiar improved materials (sawdust mixed with glue for engineered floor joist and the like), anyway owning a vehicle is a good way to keep the cash flowing, but would be nice if some of it flowed back once in a while.
