93 Honda Civic EX evaporator leaks

I have the evaporator detected leaky of my 93 Honda Civic. I'm a student, so obviously it would cost a lot to replace a brand-new one. I wonder if it is a wise idea to replace with an old evaporator and expansion valve, I mean, how confident I could be with the quality and duration of a used one for this part. I'm in the Houston area. Where can I find a decent used part around or online? Thank you.
