Chick, thanks for the diagnosis on the Rover, there is a lot of activity in the sight glass, but no cooling whatsoever. I do not have equipment to test the pressure. Now... my other jalopy is an '84 Ford E150 converted to 134a. The compressor runs continually, no cold air, no activity in sight glass, no hot tubes or cold tubes. Compressor shot? There's another problem - I can't find the filler port on the low side of this thing. There is a port on the high side...
