Your pressures aren't so bad that it would casue concern. But the low side?? You say it goes up to 40, drops down and off at 20? It's supoosed to do that.. But how fast does it do it?? Does it go down right away? You may have an expansion vlave problem. Jump the low pressure switch and see how far down it goes. If into a vacuum, the expansion valve is bad...Think you should stay away fromRamchargers..:)
