Year: 1985
Make: ford
Model: Bronco II
Refrigerant: r-134a

I have a 85 ford bronco II. It was retofitted with r-134a. Worked fine but I had a leak in Evaporator. Replace with new one. I bought 134a manifold gauges and a vacuum pump to evaccuate the system. I pull a vacuum of 30 in HG, close all valve on gauges remove vacuum pump. open valve on high side of system to monitor for leaks. Gauges go immediate to 0 in hg. connect vacuum pump and vacuum immedate reads 30 in hg. What am I doing wrong.
