Take a walk. If your A/C was working well before the vehicle was appraised, then IT WAS WORKING. Have it checked somewhere else if you have doubts. Windstars A/C is very reliable. Common 95 Windstar failures, assuming there is no collision damage, are pressure cycling switches. We are yet to replace a Windstar compressor or evaporator.
