You hae a leak, and a pretty nasty one at that. I would not bother with hooking up freon at this point, if it were me, I would go with clean shop air, you are going to have to open the system again anyway, if 134 is all you have available, then by all means you got to do what you got to do to locate it, but it will go to waste. You might try to visually check it first to see if maybe you forgot to get a fitting good and tight or all the way hooked up befor hooking up the 134...........D........
