I recently checked and added some R-134A to the low side of my A/C system. The A/C was registering 0 pressure before and only got up to about 15 lbs after and eventualy went back down to 0 lbs. I shut the motor off my car and the pressure kept dropping. I heard a hissing sound from the compressor and discovered all of the Freon was coming out of a hole on the side of the compressor. Does anyone know what this hole is for on the compressor and should it be plugged up? This is the 3rd time my A/C has gone bad and I am tired of paying morons at PEP BOYS and the Pontiac Dealership to fix my A/C when all they do is a lousy job.
