Superheated N2 ( liquid heated beyind boiling point). If you are adding a holding charge or making a purge, you wnat to do so with N2 vapor only. Especially for holding charges as any liquid N2 introduced can lead to some significant internal pressure in a small system and lead to damage or failure.
