Well Chris, started my road hunt for the right condenser. I now have and OE part #, but no-one has the part or can show me the specs on one so far. Even the Buick dealership said that, hummmmmm. He showed me the parts diagram but said the drawings were representative of the part not it's size or orientation. I contacted AC-Delco asking for the specs on the part #. We'll see if I get a reply. Have several more
shops and parts places on my list to hit yet.
You might like this, the Buick dealership parts dept. I went to was the one who made the repairs although I did not volunteer this info. During our conversation it became clear to me, he felt I should except that the OE part# shown would be identical to what was on my car originally. I showed him the pics and stated that this was my problem. He asked if the car had been wrecked, I said yes. He then said, And they replaced this condenser with this one, I said yes. He said, I bet this one doesn't work very well, does it? I said nope! That's why I'm here trying to find the right condenser and why I want to see specs before I buy. Found that conversation kinda comical.
Well off and hunting some more, just thought I'd update ya.
Sandy
