The cheapest way to do it is to make your own vacuum pump. I used a Sanden 508 compressor out of a junkyard and coupled it to a 1/4 hp motor running at about 500 rpm. The total cost was about $15.00. It will spit out a little oil but will pull a great vaccum. If you need any specifics, e-mail me.
