if the aero has rear air the reason for your air flow problem probably is condensor size.I tried to retro a aero & found that a aux fan was required,even then it is hard to deal with the excessive head pressure on these.I would also recommend a VOV(the liquid line does not have to be replaced as on a taurus/sable ;the orifice tube comes out)AGAIN all this applies if with rear air.to lower pressure while charging throw a bucket of water thru the condensor every little while.
