Can anyone expain to me how to use the scales marked on the refrigeration gauges for charging a system. I've been told that you can measure the outside ambient, add 32 to that and use that number on the gauge scale for a particular refrigerant to find your correct pressure. This doesn't seem to work out. What am I doing wrong? Does this also work for the suction gauge?
