I took the a/c control panel down from the dash and used some spray contact cleaner on all sitches and contacts, but to no avail, I still have the same problem, where the air will be comining thru the vents correctly, then suddenly switch to the heater duct instead. I notice that it does not always mess up when i go over a bump, nor does it always come back when I slap the blend door /heater duct housing. And stranger still is this fact: the longer the van runs, the better the a/c acts(stays blowing thru vents) but even that is sporatic. Any other ideas? I'm stumped!
