I'm having problems with my climate control AC. Under the hood my A/C is working, but even on Max A/C all I'm getting is cool to luke warm air blowing in the interior. The Ford dealer recharged my A/C, which didn't fix the problem, then diagnosed it as a problem with the blend door in AC heater box assembly, a $800 repair. Of course, out of all the AC components covered under my warranty, this repair isn't covered.
What I would like to know are there any other things that could be going wrong, or if anyone knows of any outstanding TSB's or recalls on this component? My A/C had worked fine up until we had a small heat wave on the east coast last week.
