on cars with the manuel systems, I tend to turn it off a litle befor I get to my destination like nick does, and I do believe I am much younger than he, so age has no bearing. On the cars I own with atc, I dont, they stay on all the time. Now I look at it like this, what is it hurting for them to turn it off? In fact it could actually be helping, some cars build up a mold on the evap, and it stinks the car up, so why not turn it off and let the blower run a minute? If this makes them happy, let them do it, no real harm in it........D.......
