I have a couple cases of R-12 with red dye in 12oz cans. I purhcased the cases a couple of years ago, not knowing that the dye can cause problems. This is the only R-12 I have. I would like to filter out most(all if possible) of the dye when I do a recharge on my cars. Can I adapt a filter or something to catch the dye?? Any ideas would be appreciated.
