have you tried to start the car with the ac turned off? if the belt will still not turn then the pully bearing has locked up, if it will start then the ac compressor has locked up, there is always the chance that they both have, but it is usually just one or the other, if you have not already tried that, then do and let us know what happened and we can go from there.....D>.........
