About a month ago, I noticed anti-freeze disappearing from my truck. I brought it to my mechanic and it turned out to be a blown head gasket. He milled both heads, put on new gaskets, head bolts, and did a valve job. Also did an oil, lube, filter, and a cooling system flush.

Well, two weeks later, I have anti-freeze vanishing again. This time I brought it to a radiator shop. They tested the entire cooling system, radiator, radiator cap, water pump, hoses, lines, and the anti-freeze holding tank for leaks and found nothing. They said that there were no fluid leaks anywhere. The mechanic also tested the head gasket and found no problem. Said that it is definately not the head gaskets again.

The only things that I can think of is either a cracked engine block or a ruptured heater core. Is a cracked engine block or a leaking heater core possibilities?

Thanks Adam
