Warran can make hoses if your application can handle the transport to and from there. Lots of AC shops make/rebuild hoses. The hose itself can be purchased from CarQuest at prices approx $0.20/inch but you need a crimp tool to put them on. Band clamps have been used before but are not a good idea, particularly with R-134a. If you need a pretty exact rerouting and your old hose fittings are in decent shape, I'd take the truck to an AC shop and show them what you need. It will cost less than you think.
