can't seem to fight the greed in our capitalistic society, supply and demand and all that other marketing crap. Saw a commercial on TV where an $8,000 credit card loan can take over 18 years to pay back, plus you paid back the original principle about a dozen times. Before I paid my real estate taxes, had a tad over $8,000.00 in my interest bearing checking account and made a whole $2.34 interest for that month. Certainly doesn't pay to keep your money in the bank over the winter when you can save 30-40% on refrigerant by buying it in the winter. This is true for many seasonal items, now is the time to buy a snowmobile or blower.
