A/C System Performance - Ideal Vent Temperature

Question:  I have a very simple question that I could not find an answer to: What should the air temperature be (at a duct output) when the A/C is operating properly at its maximum setting?

With ambient temperatures above 75F,  we like to see our center vent temperature at least 30F colder than outside (ambient) temperature.
We measure ambient temperature four to six inches in front of condenser opening, and we operate the system at 1500 RPM with front doors open, A/C set to MAX, and blower at high speed.
